The Welcome To The Neighborhood Program, initiated in the Summer of 2007, has proven to be a valuable and inexpensive way to welcome new homeowners to the neighborhood and, at the sametime, ensure that the Association records are maintained accurately. Our goal is to expand this program to include residents who are renting and leasing homes as well.
If you're new to our community or know someone who is, please let us know. In addition to providing a warm hello from the community, the homeowner will receive a small gift and a copy of the latest edition of TNT, our neighborhood newsletter. We're working on a brochure to include in the gift package.
We are looking for a few volunteers like Christa Wike and Christina Chubb to help make this program more successful. Christa, a longstanding neighbor and well-known TrabueWoods realtor has provided the Association with home sales activity stats and also designed the welcome gifts. Christina has graciously agreed to volunteer her time to deliver the welcome gifts to new residents.
