"We pledge to promote fiscal responsibility for the monies of which the Homeowners have entrusted us to manage.  We are committed to being accountable for what we do, when we do it, and how it's done.  We advocate an effective exchange which builds a forum for all Homeowners to receive and reciprocate communication directly with the Homeowners Association.  Our intent is to manage this Association in a manner that is ethical, accountable, informative, supportive, unbiased and efficient.  We will hold your best interests close to heart because they are also ours."
