I appreciate and respect the views of our neighbors concerning the commercial trucks in the streets of our neighbor hood. I really appreciate and admire how well this subdivision stays clean and takes pride in keeping up with there homes. I do unfortunately keep my van on the street not by choice but do to having such a small drive way and narrow street I leave it on the street. I do try and keep it very clean and presentable so it isn't a total eyesore and the business I am in nobody wants a dirty junky van in front of there house. I own a small business and with small businesses money is very thight so you need to watch every penny. But at the cost of $200 - $1000 for storage or warehouse space it is just not in our budget. As for speed and the kids playing in the streets I have 4 beautiful babies that my life revolves around, we live on a crt street. My little 2 yearold boy loves running his trucks up and down the street, I grew up on a court street and that is all we did was play in the street. There is a court street on the main drag that they seem to have block partys every summer evening and I admire and wish my family lived there. Kids sould be able to play with out the fear of someone speeding done the street on there cell phone or what ever and hitting them. and how could you do 25 on a court street or even on the side streets. Some homeowners in this community have large front yards and driveway space to accomidate 3 cars deep. So keeping there kids in there yard and keeping all of there cars in the drive way is not in issue. Whats really crazy is I do not like my kid playing in the street or leaving my truck even out side (with all the breakins that seem to be rampid). We are a good family living in a nice neighborhood trying to make a good living and wanting to come home to a nice happy community after a long days work, kids playing having fun people waving. There are times that issues do come up that concerns everyone lets just try and look at each problem from both points of view and work them out and live together in peace.
