Elizabeth and Stephen Ehret have sold their home, therefore, Stephen resigned as Web Coordinator on October 24, 2008 and Elizabeth resigned as Trustee and Vice President on October 28, 2008.

Per by law Article IV:

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

Section 4.03. If any member of the Board vacates membership on the Board as a result of death, resignation or any other act or reason, the remaining members thereof may elect a new Trustee to fill the vacancy. If the remaining Trustees cannot agree upon a person to fill the vacancy within thirty (30) days after it is created, said remaining Trustees shall call a special meeting of members of the Association to fill the vacancy, such meeting to be held within sixty (60) days after the vacancy is created. Any Trustee appointed or elected to fill a vacancy shall hold office for the unexpired term of the Trustee he succeeds and until his successor is elected and qualified, or until he or she resigns.

Beth nominated Pam Johnson as Trustee and Debbie seconded the motion. Pam stated she would be just a trustee for voting purposes and not be responsible for signing checks as she is also the treasurer. Beth and Debbie agreed. Beth and Debbie will be responsible for signing checks.

Pam nominated Debbie as Vice President and Beth seconded the motion.

Pam nominated Nancy Tucci as web administrator and Debbie seconded the motion. Steve and Beth came over to help Nancy get set up for the web admin position. Steve is willing to help if Nancy is in need of help.

Here is the new list of responsibilities for each member of the Board and Officers:

On Sunday October 19^th, 2008 several automobiles were broken into at TrabueWoods. Pam Johnson is holding a CD player, CD case, CDs and prescription glasses that were apparently stolen and discarded. Please contact Pam at 614-878-6818 or email pam@trabuewoods.builderspot.com.

Newsletter: The next newsletter will most likely be out around January or February 2009.

Next Board and Officers Meeting: January 19^th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Beth Lintz’s house, due to the busy December season.

Attorney: Sending people to collections. Documents needed looked over several times to be sure everything is correct before attorney handles the collections of past and previous dues.

Bulk Mail: Will not be getting the non profit rate. The USPS is not approving any home owners associations for non profit status.
